Where the welcome bonus goes and whether you can withdraw it

Your welcome bonus is credited to a separate bonus wallet — not your main spendable balance. This is by design:

• It is not withdrawable. The bonus is a trading credit, so it cannot be cashed out directly.
• It does not raise your withdrawable balance. When the bonus is granted, your main balance is intentionally left unchanged — the ledger records a "Bonus" transaction while your spendable balance stays the same.
• It does not count toward your tier. Because the bonus lives in the separate wallet, it's ignored when your tier basis is calculated, so it can't artificially bump you to a higher tier.

You'll see the bonus recorded as a "Bonus" entry in your transaction history, credited in your account's language. If you were expecting the amount to appear in your main balance and it didn't, that's expected — the credit is held in the dedicated bonus wallet, kept apart from withdrawable funds.
