Why do I need identity verification (KYC) to withdraw?
Withdrawals require your identity verification (KYC) to be Verified. This is enforced on the server, so it can't be bypassed. On the Withdraw page you'll see one of these states instead of the form until you're verified:
- Not started — "Identity verification required." Tap Verify now to begin.
- Under review (Pending) — your documents are being checked; this usually takes 1-2 business days. There's nothing to do but wait.
- Rejected — you'll see the reason; tap Re-submit documents to try again.
- Couldn't verify — a temporary loading issue; refresh the page.
Once KYC shows Verified, the withdrawal form unlocks. Note that KYC is only required for withdrawals — depositing and investing stay open.
- 1Go to the Withdraw page; if you see a verification notice, follow its button.
- 2Complete KYC at dashboard > Verification (upload your ID and selfie).
- 3Wait for the status to become Verified (typically 1-2 business days).
- 4Return to Withdraw Funds - the 4-step form is now available.
