Balance vs Credit: your two wallets explained

Your account holds two separate wallets. Balance is your real, spendable money: deposits land here, trading and cash-outs settle here, and this is the amount you can withdraw. Credit (internally the bonus wallet) is a separate promotional balance from things like a one-time membership-tier bonus. Credit is not withdrawable, it does not count toward your membership-tier funding level, and it never inflates your funded standing. In the trading terminal, the Credit figure only appears when your account actually holds bonus credit greater than zero — if you have no bonus, no Credit cell is shown (this is normal, not a bug). When a bonus is granted, your withdrawable Balance stays exactly the same because the bonus is added only to the Credit wallet.

  1. 1Treat Balance as your withdrawable cash.
  2. 2Treat Credit as a promotional bonus that can be used but not withdrawn.
  3. 3Remember bonus credit does not raise your membership tier.
