When does a cashed-out investment pay into my balance? (pending payouts)

Cashing out is not instant. When you confirm an early exit on an active investment, that position flips to Pending payout and settlement is scheduled for the next 1st of the month. No money moves at that moment — instead the platform notifies you of the scheduled payout date, and on that date the settlement job credits the full current value into your Balance and writes a Cashout transaction. So your money isn't lost: it's "in flight." The Portfolio page keeps showing it in a dedicated Pending payout panel (with the amount and expected date) so the value doesn't appear to vanish, and each pending investment is marked with a Pending payout badge in your investments list. Once the payout date arrives, the amount lands in your withdrawable Balance and appears in your transaction history as a Cashout.
