How is the withdrawal fee applied to my request?

The withdrawal-fee rate you see depends on your membership tier — higher tiers pay a lower percentage, and the top tiers pay 0%. The amount you type in a withdrawal request is the amount debited from your Balance, and your Balance drops by that amount as soon as you submit (that's why it changes before the payout completes). Any applicable withdrawal fee and blockchain network costs are settled when our team processes the payout, so the crypto you actually receive can be slightly less than the requested figure.
