How to complete identity verification (step by step)
Go to Dashboard → Account → Identity Verification (`/dashboard/kyc`) and fill in the single verification form. You provide your date of birth, your residential address (street and house number, postal code, city, country), choose your document type, then upload your document photo and a selfie. Tap Submit for review and your status moves to PENDING. Reviews usually take 1–2 business days, after which you'll be notified and your status becomes VERIFIED or REJECTED.

- 2Enter your date of birth (you must be at least 18).
- 3Fill in your residential address: street and house number, postal code, city, and country.
- 4Choose your document type: Passport, ID Card, or Driver's License.
- 5Upload the front of your document (required) — and the back if you have one (optional).
- 6Upload a selfie holding your document next to your face.
- 7Click 'Submit for review'. Your status changes to PENDING while our team checks it (usually 1–2 business days).
