Accepted file formats and size limits for KYC uploads

Each verification upload — document front, optional document back, and selfie — must be a JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF file and no larger than 8 MB. If you pick a file in another format you'll see "Unsupported file type — use JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF", and an oversized file shows "File too large (max 8 MB)" before it even uploads. If your phone photo is over 8 MB, retake it at a lower resolution or use your gallery's compress/resize option. Your files are stored privately and can only be viewed by you and our verification team through a secured, no-cache link — they are never publicly accessible.
