Verification statuses explained: None, Pending, Verified, Rejected

Your verification has four states, shown as a badge on your Account page and on the verification page:

• None — you haven't submitted yet. The verification form is shown so you can start.
• Pending — "Review in Progress". Your documents are with our team; this usually takes 1–2 business days. You don't need to do anything while it's pending.
• Verified — "Identity Verified". Your identity is confirmed and withdrawals are unlocked.
• Rejected — something was wrong with your submission. You'll see the reason and can re-submit right away.

When a decision is made you also receive an in-app notification (success on approval, error on rejection) in your account's language.
