Setting Stop Loss and Take Profit
Both Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) are optional and set in the Order Ticket under the Amount field. Tick the Take Profit or Stop Loss checkbox to expand it, then enter the level three ways — Price, Pips, or Amount (the € you'd win/lose) — using whichever is easiest; the ticket keeps them in sync. For a BUY, TP sits above and SL below the market; for a SELL it's reversed, and the platform enforces the correct side. Once your position is open, the server-side engine watches the market 24/7 and closes the position automatically the instant your SL or TP is touched (a BUY closes at the bid, a SELL at the ask). You can change or remove SL/TP anytime from the Trade tab (pencil / Modify), set a one-click Break-Even (SL to entry) from the right-click menu, or attach a Trailing Stop that walks the SL toward price as the trade moves in your favour.
- 1In the Order Ticket, tick Take Profit and/or Stop Loss.
- 2Choose input mode (Price, Pips or Amount) and enter the level.
- 3Check the 'If filled' preview for the € and % outcome and risk:reward.
- 4Submit the order — SL/TP travel with the position.
- 5Later, use the Modify (pencil) button, Break-Even, or Trailing Stop on the open position to adjust.
