How long do withdrawals take and what do the statuses mean?

After you confirm, your withdrawal is submitted for review and moves through these statuses:

• Pending — submitted and awaiting processing by our team. Your balance has already been reduced by the amount.
• Paid — approved and sent to your wallet; you get a "Withdrawal paid" notification (with a transaction hash when available).
• Rejected — declined; the full amount is automatically refunded to your balance and you're notified with the reason.

Processing typically takes 1-24 hours on business days, and in some cases up to 1-3 business days. You can watch the status any time under Transactions, and the app sends a notification the moment it's paid or rejected.
