Withdrawal error messages and how to fix them
Common withdrawal errors and their causes:
- "KYC verification required before withdrawing" — finish identity verification and wait until it shows Verified.
- "Minimum withdrawal is €50" — increase the amount to at least €50.
- "Insufficient balance" / "Amount exceeds available balance" — request an amount within your available balance (use the Max button to fill the exact maximum).
- "You already have a pending withdrawal request" — wait until your current request is Paid or Rejected, then try again.
- "Invalid wallet address" or a format hint — the address doesn't match the selected network; re-copy the correct address.
- "Invalid crypto type" — choose one of the four supported options (BTC, ETH, USDT-TRC20, USDT-ERC20).
- "Account is blocked" — contact support to resolve an account restriction.
- "Too many requests" — you've hit the rate limit (max 10 attempts per minute); wait a moment and retry.
- "Network error" — check your internet connection and try again.
If you keep a note of your reference number from the success screen, support can locate your request quickly.
