"This transaction hash has already been submitted"
Each blockchain transaction hash can be attached to only one deposit on the platform. If you see "This transaction hash has already been submitted," it means that exact hash is already recorded — usually because you submitted the same deposit twice, or you pasted a hash from an earlier transfer. The transaction hash is optional (it only helps us confirm faster), so you do not need to resubmit: your original deposit is already logged and pending. Check Dashboard → Transactions for the existing pending entry. If you genuinely made a new, separate transfer and its unique hash is being rejected, contact support with the transaction details so we can look into it.
- 1Go to Dashboard → Transactions and confirm a pending deposit already exists.
- 2Do not resubmit — the hash is optional and your first deposit is already recorded.
- 3If this is a brand-new, separate transfer, copy its real hash and reach out to support with the details.
