Portfolio or Transactions page shows an error, is empty, or a transaction is missing
A few things to check:
- "Failed to load" with a Retry button means the page hit a network or server error, not that you have no data — click Retry (a genuine error is deliberately never shown as an empty ledger). The Portfolio page similarly offers a retry link on error.
- Empty Portfolio ("start investing") appears only when you have no active investments and no pending payouts; if you recently cashed out, your money shows in the Pending payout panel instead of an empty page.
- Can't find a transaction by search? Search only looks at the transactions on the current page — clear the search and use the page arrows, or the Deposits/Withdrawals/Earnings filters, to reach older entries.
- A €0.00 row is missing on purpose: a pending deposit briefly creates a €0.00 placeholder that is hidden from the ledger; the real amount appears as a Deposit once it's approved, and until then it's shown in the Pending deposits spotlight at the top of the Transactions page.
- 1If you see a load error, click Retry.
- 2If the portfolio looks empty after a cash-out, check the Pending payout panel.
- 3To find an older transaction, clear search and page back or use the type filters.
- 4For a just-made deposit, look in the Pending deposits spotlight until it's approved.
