Why can't I withdraw? Verification unlocks withdrawals

Withdrawals are locked until your identity is Verified — this is the one action KYC gates, and it's enforced on our server, so a withdrawal can't be created until your status is VERIFIED. Everything else stays open without verification: you can deposit, invest, and trade normally at any status. On the Withdraw page the form is hidden while you're not verified, and it tells you exactly why based on your status — if you're Pending it says your review is in progress (no action needed), and if you're Rejected or haven't started, it points you to complete verification. Once you're verified you'll see "Withdrawals are now unlocked" and the withdrawal form becomes available.
